Our Teachers
Our teachers have a minimum of a bachelor's degree with American Montessori credentials, which is equivalent to a master's degree in Education.

The teacher assumes the role of resource person and guide within the classroom, and is responsible for:
• Encouraging the student's curiosity and independence.
• Carefully observing the student's development.
• Recording progress.
• Introducing new lessons when the student is ready.
Our teachers are the links between the student and the learning environment. They help children in their quest for knowledge by asking leading questions, rather than simply giving the answer.
Questions such as "What do you think it means?" or "Where could you look to find this information?" illustrate how our teachers help children become confident, competent learners.
