Candidate should possess a bachelor degree with two years experience working with children and two years of Montessori Experience with Montessori Credentials (MACTE) or AMS affiliate. There are opportunities for a teacher assistant to advance into a Lead Teacher position with the opportunity to pursue Montessori Training.
